The average date of declaration for the result of TS ICET is declared by Telangana State Council of Higher Education. The schedule applies to every college. TS ICET ranks are allotted to all the UR candidates who secure a minimum of 25 per cent marks in the exam. That is to say, candidates must secure 50 marks out of 200 marks to get a rank in the TS ICET exam. For reserved category candidates, there is no minimum qualifying marks. Reserved category candidates with a score equal to zero will get a rank based on their age. TSCHE considers the normalised score while allotment of TS ICET ranks.

However, the allotment of rank do not gaurantee admission in the TS ICET participating college.

TS ICET rank based on marks may change year to year depending on several factors. These factors include the number of candidates who took the exam, number of qualified candidates, difficulty standards of the TS ICET exam and more. For instance in the past session, TS ICET 2022 the rank 1 holder secured 170+ marks, whereas, in TS ICET 2021, the top 1 rank holder secured 155+ marks. Candidates securing 150+ marks can expect their rank to be within the top 20. TSCHE releases the TS ICET rankers list for top 20 rank holders along with the results.

A good score in TSICET can depend on numerous factors. Candidates scoring above 100 marks is considered to have obtained a good score in ICET.

Every year, with the release of TG ICET notification, TGCHE notifies the qualifying cutoff, also known as qualifying score. Candidates appearing for the TG ICET exam must meet the qualifying cutoff to participate in the counselling process. The qualifying cutoff has not changed from the previous session. Candidates have to score a minimum of 25 per cent marks if they belong to unreserved categories. Those who belong to reserved categories are eligible for the counselling, irrespective of their scores. Out of 200 marks, your category candidates have to secure 50 marks to be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
