The document verification date for TS LAWCET documents verification is the first week of November 2018 and counselling date is in the third week of November. As of now, the official date for counselling rank-wise with specific dates on day-basis is not yet announced. So, you may have to wait till that time. You can follow up with TS LAWCET official website for further information:

You can know the dates for counselling of TSLAWCET are as follows.
You have to wait till November 2018 1st week for document verification and 3rd week of November 2018 counselling dates to start for ranks of 1- 4600.
