TSTET Preparation

In the TSTET Paper 2, the section of "Child Development and Pedagogy" carries the maximum weightage. It is an important section in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 as it aims to test the teaching aptitude of the candidates.

The Child Development and Pedagogy section in TSTET Paper 2 comprises 30 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark. This section carries a weightage of 30 marks, which is the highest among all the sections in TSTET Paper 2.

The Child Development and Pedagogy section tests the candidate's understanding of the educational psychology of teaching and learning, as well as their understanding of the principles of child development and their ability to apply these principles in teaching practice. The section aims to assess the candidate's knowledge of various teaching methodologies and pedagogical approaches, as well as their ability to create a conducive learning environment for students.

The difficulty level of questions asked in TSTET Paper 1 and 2 varies from easy to moderate. The questions are designed to test the eligibility of candidates for teaching classes I to V (Paper 1) and classes VI to VIII (Paper 2) in government schools in Telangana.

The TSTET exam comprises two papers, and each paper consists of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs). Each question carries one mark, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers. The questions in both papers are asked from various subjects such as Child Development and Pedagogy, Language I and II, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, Science, and Social Studies, depending on the paper the candidate is appearing for.

The questions in TSTET Paper 1 are designed to test the candidate's knowledge of the subjects taught in classes I to V, while the questions in Paper 2 are designed to test the candidate's knowledge of the subjects taught in classes VI to VIII.
