No, Tumkur University admits candidates to its BSc programmes on a basis of merit. Hence, the aspirants performance in the last qualifying examination is considered for selection. Hi.Tumkur University is the best university ( Rating 4/5 as per Shiksha review report) which provides a 94% placement rate in Big Companies. The highest package offered is 26 lacs per annum, and the lowest package is 2.3 lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are Acgir, Tata, ICTR, BSNL, and more companies.
Students are offered job roles for the profile like managerial, consulting, operational, etc. The packages offered have a scope of improvement, but that literally depends upon the corporate tie-ups.
