UEM Kolkata - University of Engineering and Management Eligibility

The eligibility criteria is as follows:

Entrance Exams:

• WB JECA (West Bengal Joint Entrance Counselling Board): This is the primary entrance exam considered for MCA admissions at UEM Kolkata. Securing a qualifying score in WB JECA is a mandatory step to be considered for the next stages of the selection process.

To be eligible for a B.Tech programme at the University of Engineering and Management (UEM) Kolkata, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Have passed Class 10 and Class 12 examinations with a minimum of 70% aggregate
2. Have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in Class 12
3. Have a valid score in one of the following entrance exams: GATE, IEMJEE, or WBUT PGET

The eligibility criteria are the same for all B.Tech specializations offered at UEM Kolkata. The selection process for B.Tech admission is based on the entrance exam scores and past academic scores.

UEM Kolkata is a private university established in 2015. The university is approved by the AICTE, UGC, and the Bar Council of India.
