Candidate must have an Aadhaar card while filling out the UG Diploma application form at NIELIT Gangtok. In the absence of Aadhaar, the candidate may submit the following official IDs:
- Enrolment number of UIDAI (EID)
- Bank account (passbook with photo)
- PAN card
- Valid passport
- Valid driving license
- Valid photo ID card of student issued by school/college authority
Candidate need not submit any documentary proof in support of the information provided in the online application form.

For applying to UG Diploma course in offline mode, candidates are required to submit the duly filled-up application form to NIELIT, Gangtok, at its premises at Indira By Pass Road, Near KBT Petrol Pump, Sichey, Gangtok-737101, along with the requisite fees and documents (as mentioned in point nos. 15 of the application form) on any working day (Monday to Friday) between 9:30 AM and 6:00 PM.
