UGC NET Application Form

The UGC NET application process for the December 2023 session commenced on September 30, 2023. To apply online for UGC NET registration, candidates can follow these steps. Firstly, visit the official website at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Then, click on the 'Application form' link located at the bottom of the home page. Opt for 'New Registration, ' where you will need to input the necessary details to complete the registration. Subsequently, fill out the entire application form. Ensure to upload scanned images of a passport-sized photo (10-200 kb) and signature (4-30 kb), both in JPEG format. The UGC NET application fee varies, with General candidates paying INR 1,100, OBC/EWS candidates paying INR 550, and SC/ST/PwD/Transgender candidates paying INR 275. Save and submit the form, and don't forget to download the confirmation page for your records.

The UGC NET June application form was released by NTA on May 10, 2023. Candidates were allowed to fill out the UGC NET Application Form 2023 till May 31, 2023. Once the UGC NET application form is released, the candidates have to register themselves on the official website. This registration is done every time when the application form is released for different cycles. The stages to fill out the application for the June Cycle has been given below: a) The first stage is the registration page for the UGC NET exam where the candidates have to fill out the personal details b) On the second the stage, the candidates have to fill out the educational qualification details c) At the third stage, the candidates have to fill out the details of the Government Identity proof d) On the fourth stage, the candidates have to upload photo, signature, and the thumb impression e) On the fifth stage, the candidates have to pay the application fees for the UGC NET June exam f) Finally, the candidates have to download the application form and the registration number for the UGC NET exam.

The UGC NET December session exam dates were announced by the National Testing Agency on September 30, 2023.  The UGC NET December applicattion process was carried out between September 30 to October 31, 2023 and the last date of application fee payment was October 31, 2023. On the other hand, the application correction window was activated on November 1 to 3, 2023. The UGC NET December 2023 exam is scheduled to be conducted between December 6 to 14, 2023.

The candidates need to register for the UGC NET exam in order to appear for the December sesion. The candidates need their scanned copy of photo identity card, a recent photograph, and signature for the registration. The size of the photograph should be more than equal to 20 kb but less than 200 kb and the size of the signature should be more than equal to 4 kb but less than 30kb.
