Hello,
The UGC NET Result will be declared by the National Testing Agency. To qualify the exam candidates will require to secure minimum 40% aggregate marks in both the Papers. There is no need to score separately in both Papers. But it is suggested to prepare both these sections equally as more questions you attempt, the chances to clear the exam will become higher.

The CSIR NET and GATE Exam is mainly conducted for the lectureship and Higher Studies. As per official notification the National Testing Agency will conduct the upcoming UGC NET Exams. There will be no changes in UGC NET Exam pattern and syllabus.
