Offer Letter - Issued by university after reviewing your application. It can be conditional (meeting some requirements) or unconditional (all requirements met).
CAS - Unique reference no. issued by your UK Uni after you accept your offer and pay deposit. Your CAS number is required to apply for UK Student Visa. It has details about course, tuition fee and start date.
Note - You cannot apply for your visa without CAS. Make sure you receive your CAS well before your intended visa application date.

From start to visa approval, full process takes 3-5 months-
- Document preparation: 1–2 weeks.
- Application to offer letter: 2–4 weeks (some universities respond within 8–10 working days).
- Deposit and CAS: 1–2 weeks after deposit payment.
- Visa processing: 3–8 weeks (average: 3–4 weeks).
For September intake, we recommend starting the process by February–March. For January intake, starting by August–September is ideal.

I can appreciate your dreams and very happy that at least you are having dreams. But unfortunately, I think you can not get lateral admission in a foreign country based on your Diploma in India.
