International students from countries which require a visa or have signed an agreement on a visa-free period of up to 90 days need to apply for a long stay visa (type D) to Ukraine. The type D visa allows international students to live and study in Ukraine for more than 90 days. International applicants must submit the following documents for type D visa.
- Original letter of invitation for study and its photocopy
- Original school-leaving certificate with transcripts marks legalized by government
- Original affidavit/sponsorship letter
- Photocopy of sponsor’s ID/passport
- Bank statement of sponsor for the last six months
- Insurance policy vali
