The Eligibility requirements for international students at University College Cork are given as follows:
International applicants need to submit their academic transcripts from all previously attended academic institutions. These transcripts should in English and if not, then these need to be translated into English by certified person or institutions. English score report need to be directly sent to the university. At the time of application, these documents will be required apart from course-specific supplements:
- Birth certificate or the photo page of the passport
- Two academic references
- Statement of Purpose (SOP)
- Resume
- Financia

You do meet the admission requirement for Ireland universities, but Ireland does not accept more than 5 backlogs, if possible, you can make it up in statement of purpose providing the admission body the proper explanation for it.
