UAlberta is one of the oldest and the finest Canadian university for higher education. Each year thousands of students from across Canada and around the world apply for various courses at the University of Alberta. The university encourages candidates to apply early, as admissions are competitive and works on a rolling basis, and space in each programme is limited. As the admissions are competitive, so, meeting the minimum requirements set by the university does not guarantee admission.

Chances can't be predicted just by looking at the grades given that University of Alberta is highly competitive and also very high grades do not guarantee admission. Your percentage is alright, chances are moderate. It will also depend on your previous projects, networking skills, recommendation letters etc. Just apply and see.
