University of Amsterdam MSc in Finance admission requirements are given below:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance or a degree in Business Economics, Economics or Business Administration with a specialisation in Finance or Real Estate Finance
- Make sure to meet the GPA requirements too
- GMAT / GRE score

A very ambiguous question and hard to comment on since you have not mentioned which department you are applying to. Your CGPA does not seem bad, I believe you have to take the IELTS for the English language requirements. You should visit the university websites and check the entry requirements of the respective programme you are applying to.
