Groningen University and University of Amsterdam are renowned institutions offering unique and various campus cultures and academic programs. However, if we compare both, the graph is little higher for University of Amsterdam. As it's more famous than  Groningen University.

University of Amsterdam as well as the Vrije University Brussels are two well-known universities and great study abroad options for students. When it comes to rankings, Amsterdam University beats Vrije University with the rank #53 in QS World University Rankings for the year 2024. The latter has been ranked #259 in the same category. International students can apply for various scholarships to help in covering their educational costs at UvA of the 3 scholarships offered to eligible international students with a good academic record and merit moreover UvA also offers financial aid, grants and loans that the students can apply for.

 As an Indian student, it is quite tough to get admission at  University of Amsterdam as the acceptance rate is very low which is 4% hence only 4 out of 100 students have the chance to get admission if you have an excellent academic record and you are fulfilling every requirement of the university your chances might get higher.
