Indian Students society at the Uni of Bath is one of the biggest cultural societies on-campus and together this university celebrates the festivals and cultures across India. It hosts events like Bollywoord Nights, Garba, Diwali, Henna / Rangoli workshops, etc.. It also hold weekly football and badminton sessions. It also organizes Indian food potlucks.

International students of the Uni of Bath can work part-time. However, their working hours are limited to a total of 20 hours per week outside of the vacation time. Indian applicants seeking admission to Bath University UK are required to meet the requirements given below:
- UG: The applicants must have passed Class 12. The university make offers on the basis of best of four subjects, with an average of between 75% and 90%, depending on the degree course. A few degree may require specific marks in individual subjects
- PG: A Bachelor's degree is required. More requirements may be there as per the course
- PG research: A first class Bachelor's degree and some research experience or a Master's degree with research elements are required
- English language proficiency tests such as IELTS / TOEFL / PTE / Duolingo.

Bath organises a welcome programme of events for international students, including information sessions, tours of campus and city, and social events. Every Undergraduate student is assigned a peer mentor to help settle into 1st year. Your peer mentor will be studying the same or similar course. For Postgraduate students, before your start your study you can contact your Director of studies to find out about your department mentoring scheme.

Bath has a mix of high street and independent shops. There are many museums and galleries too. Bath is an 1h 20 minutes away from London by train and 12 minutes from Bristol. It is also the gateway to the South West of England and you can easily visit the Jurassic coast of Dorset, Devon or Stonehenge only 45 minutes drive from campus.
