However, prospective students must apply to UC Davis through the University of California (UC) application website only. The application period begins on August 1, and the application should be completed by November 30 for the subsequent fall semester. According to the official web, the University of California, Davis does not consider SAT or ACT scores during admission even if submitted. There is no need to appear or submit the score of ACT or SAT. Instead, the university gives precedence to the factors, such as rigor of secondary school records, academic GPA, application essay, extracurricular activities, talent, character/personal qualities of the students, volunteer work, and work experience. The students must focus on the factors that are more valuable or asked by the university.
