University of Illinois Chicago admission requirements for international students comprise of proof of proficiency in the English language as a major entry requirement. However, international students can get enrolled in UIC without English proficiency exam scores and enjoy a waiver if they meet one of the criteria listed below:
- SAT score: SAT Evidence-Based Reading & Writing score of 570 or higher; OR
- ACT score: English sub-score of 24 or higher; OR
- IGCSE and O level English: A minimum of 5 subjects in either IGCSE or O levels with grades A, B, or C; OR
- Completed two consecutive years of full-time high school or university study in US or o

University of Illinois Chicago admission requirements for international students comprise of proof of proficiency in the English language as a major entry requirement. UIC accepts all the major English proficiency exams and students can refer to the table below for the minimum score requirements:

No, with this score you can't get a English proficiency waiver, as per the guidelines of the universities you should have at least 700 in CR part, so that you can show the university that you don't require TOEFL/IELTS. UIC is a good university, even I had applied to it and didn't receive an English proficiency waiver, so what I will recommend is give TOEFL to be on the safer side and if you want a smooth admission process.
