Illinois Tech is among top university in USA. As per some unofficial sources, Illinois Institute of Technology acceptance rate is around 55%. A mid range acceptance rate means that it is not very difficult to get selected into university. Indian student applying to university should be mindful of application deadlines. Applying well before deadline ends gives ample time for application to be scrutinised and increases chances of selection.

1s year students from India are advised to stay on-campus at Illinois Tech USA. This will help them get used to surroundings, build networks, and have better access to on-campus services.

After 1st year, students can look to move out. Off-campus housing allows students more freedom to go out which is important in the later year of studies to get part-time jobs in the US, internships, or ful-time work. Living off-campus may also be more affordable paricularly for students living in shared housing.
