University of Lincoln offers the India Scholarship specificaly for Indian students. In order to be eligible to receive this Scholarship, prospective students must meet the following criteria:

• Be a national of, or have permanent residence in India;
• Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught course;
• Have been awarded, or be expected to receive, one of the following qualifications:
  
  - A Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution with a minimum grade of 2:2 or equivalent; OR
  - A Pre-Masters qualification from a recognised institution with a grade comparable to a 2:2; OR
  - A Master’s degree from a recognised institution with a merit grade or equivalent.

University of Lincoln accepts country-specific qualifications for admissions. In order to secure an enrollment in the university, Indian applicants must fulfill the Lincoln University entry requirements listed below:

1) Undergraduate Courses:

Students from India require ONE of the following qualifications for entry into year one of a Bachelor’s degree:

• Successful completion of High School Secondary Certificate/Standard XII from CBSE, CISCE, or Metro State Board
• Successful completion of a recognised International Foundation programme
• Successful completion of the International Baccalaureate (IB) with between 27 and 34 points
• Successful completion of three A Levels

Some Lincoln University courses may require a specific grade in GCSE (or High School) mathematics and/or Science and the details are as follows:

2) Postgraduate Courses:

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent qualification, at a recognised institution.
• Upper Second Class Hons (2:1) - 60% or CGPA 6.0
• Lower Second Class Hons (2:2) - 50% or CGPA 5.5
