Yes, you could get into Lucknow University with 75% in class 12th, provided you clear the CUET-PG examination conducted by the university itself, as there are certain eligibility criteria for appearing for the examination, so that the quality of postgraduate education is maintained. For admissions to PG course specialisations offered by the university, your class 12th marks wouldn't be considered; those only qualify you to be able to sit for the examination. Your admission is based on your performance in CUET-PG, and if you clear the cutoff released by the university, for different categories and rounds.

Through CUET PG, candidates were permitted to take admission at Lucknow University for MCA course in 2024. As per the Lucknow University CUET PG cutoff 2024, the needed rank to get into the university for MCA course stood at 16804 for the General Home State category. Moreover, the cutoff remained the same for the OBC Home State category candidates too.

For 2024, Lucknow University has released the AYUSH cutoff for BUMS course. As per the Lucknow University AYUSH cutoff 2024, the last round closing cutoff for BUMS stood at 62846, which was more than the previous two years. The 2023 and 2022 cutoff for the same course for the General AI category candidates stood at 54209 and 61703, respectively. Based on AYUSH scores, candidates were allowed to take admission at Lucknow University. As per the Lucknow University cutoff 2024, the needed rank stood at 72438 which is slightly higher than the rank acquired which is 70000. So, we can say that admission is possible as the cutoff is higher. Lesser rank than the cutoff makes you eligible to pursue the program.

University of Lucknow offers BUMS programme through AYUSH exam scores. For the General AI category candidates, the aforementioned cutoff stood at 62846 in 2024. Comparing to that, the OBC cutoff for the same course was slightly higher which concluded at 72438 for the All India quota as per the Lucknow University AYUSH cutoff 2024.

Lucknow University BTech cutoffs for 2025 have not been released yet. However, as per the comparison of the cutoffs for the academic years 2024 and 2022, it can be evaluated that the cutoff ranks for BTech courses have been increased for some BTech specialsiations, and decreased for some of the BTech specialisation. To get the exact idea, check out the cutoff details of the academic year of both years in the table below:

Lucknow University allotment procsess of hostels are completely merit-based and depend on demand and availability. Hostel accommodations are not applicable for students studying for proficiency/diploma and short-term courses, nor to students with back papers. Students who are residents of Lucknow or whose parents reside in Lucknow will not be considered for hostel admission. For the fresh admission, students are required to apply through the Hostel Management System portal accessible via University's website. At the time of applications, students are also requiredto submit all the reqired documents to be eligible for hostels
