The majority of Indian business schools will require general category candidates to hold a minimum of 50% in their graduation degree, but students from reserved category may be provided with some level of concession. As such, having 44% makes eligibility for mainstream universities virtually impossible. Furthermore, taking the entrance exams such as CAT, MAT, CMAT are usually part of the application process.
