The University of Niagara Falls is a Designated Learning Institution. So, yes after completing studies in certain eligibile programs, international students can surely apply for a Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).
The students are required to apply for it within 180 days of getting their degree from UNF. Also, international students should not have violated the terms of their Canadian Study Permit.

As part of the University of Niagara Falls admissions, international students don't really have to pay an application fee. At the end of the process, the students are just required to pay an enrolment fee of CAD 2K (INR 1.3L).
This amount is paid to secure the seat and it gets adjusted in the first year tuition fee of UNF.

As an Indian student, you are surely required to meet the Ontario Secondary School Diploma standards. A GPA of 3.0 is required to get into. Given below is the list of subjects needed for your Diploma -

No, it will be a really difficult task to get into the University of Niagara Falls if you have a GPA of only 2.5. For PG programs at UNF Canada, international students would require a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale minimum.
