No, but try in the counselling if you're not an OC student and maybe you can.
I got TS-ICET rank of 706 in 2017 and I still didn't get OU or CBIT and I was an OC.

There is no upper age limit for studying law as the Supreme Court have stayed the rule 28 of Legal Education rules 2008, of BCI. A petition challenged this to the Supreme Court. Very soon a final judgement will be passed.

This totally depends on the score of your examination in Oxford University for engineering science. It will be my suggestion to go for engineering in any IITs, NITs IIITs or any other Indian government college and go for Masters by cracking GRE and TOEFL tests.

Hi, it is a three-year degree. If you complete after three years, you will be awarded B.A. But the catch is it can be completed in 4 years too. If you complete in 4 years, it will lead to the Masters degree. You have to apply through UCAS portal to apply to Oxford University. You can click on the link below to learn about the application process. As for requirements, you should check on Oxford website but generally you must have above 75% in 10+2 and must have over 6 in IELTS. To study Computer Science you must also take the Maths Admission Test or MAT. See this link, you will find all the details:
