The city Padua, being the centre of Veneto flatland, is connected with a network of public transportation and is easily accessible through common routes. Students can book a bike or an electric scooter through an app. These bikes and scooters comes with a GPS and need not be brought back to the station. Some other affordable options include buses, trams, trains and sharing taxis.

Yes, as an international student at the University of Padova, one is free to take up part-time job in order to cover the costs. Non-European students are required to have a valid residence permit and according to Italian Law, are allowed to work up to 20 hours / week.
