Students who submit their admission application to Polimi University are eligible for merit-based scholarships. These scholarships are available for talented international students of MSc program. This scholarships coverrs the full tuition fee and an additional gross allowance of up to EUR 10,000 per year. An English language certificate has to be submitted too.

Also, as per QS rankings for 2026, it has been ranked among the Top 100 Universities globally and #1 among Italian Universities. Its placement rate is also high as 97% of its Master's level graduates are employed after 1 year of graduation.

As per the unofficial sources, Polimi Uni acceptance rate is around 28%. This acceptance rate of Polimi University suggests that this university is highly competitive at the time of admission. So, students should have a good academic record. For PG courses, the Indian students should have a Bachelor's degree, whereas, for UG courses, the students should have passed Class 12

In other words, non-European citizens can work for a maximum of 20 hours per week, while studying at Polimi University.
