Rajasthan University of Health Sciences admissions are primarily entrance-based. The university considers national-level entrance-exam scores for BDS, MDS, MBBS, MPharm, etc. RUHS conducts an admission test for shortlisting candidates for BPharm, BPT, BSc Nursing, and other programmes. The test is conducted for 120 minutes in English language. The papers includes objective-type questions related to the course.

As per the latest placement information, the median package offered to UG 3-year students at UNIRAJ stood at INR 4.5 LPA during the 2022 placement drive. As per the NIRF report 2022, the median package offered to UG 3-year students in the year 2021 stood at INR 2.5 LPA.
