The University of Rajasthan offers a total of 485 seats for admission to the MEd programme. Thus, a total of 485 students can enroll in the MEd programme in one academic year. Some of the seats are offered by the affiliated colleges, including Sri Balaji Teachers Training College, Shri Agrasen Post Graduate College of Education, etc.

In order to get a MEd seat at the University of Rajastha, students are required to appear for the RajasthanPBMET test. It is a state-level entrance test organised for admissions to MEd-offering colleges in Rajasthan. Moreover, students are also required to fill out the university-level application form for the MEd programme. After applying, students must stay updated with the merit list. As per sources collated from the web, the results for the PBMET 225 exam are expected to be out in September 2025.
