There is a different procedure to apply to the University of Salford for undergraduate and postgraduate taught courses. Check the details given below to know about the application process for Salford University:

  • Undergraduate Courses: To apply to the UG courses, the applicants can apply via UCAS
  • Postgraduate Courses: For most of the postgraduate taught courses, the applicants are required to apply via Salford application portal. However, there is an exception to this for some of the courses such as MA Social Work (UCAS), Post-qualifying Health and Social Care (Single Modules), Applied Social Work Practice (CPD) or a Single Module

Yes, as an international student applying for admission at the University of Salford, you need to have IELTS score. For undegraduate course, the university requires a minimum 6.0, with a minimum of 5.5 in each component or equivalent. In case of postgraduate courses, the university requires an IELTS score of 6.0, with a minimum 5.5 in each component.
