Students must consider following points when selecting an accommodation. These are as follows:

  • When finding accommodation from a third party platform, make sure that it is trustworthy and do not make any payments unless sure.

  • When finding a private accommodation, always view the property first before making any payments.

  • Do not forget to read your contract before signing to avoid any additional expenses.

  • In many cases, students are required to pay a deposit before finalising the property. Always stay prepared.
