Placement tests take place early in the summer. Each student is assigned a career advisor who works with them and guides them about these placement exams.

The SJLA is the Special Jesuit Liberal Arts Honors Program which available 50-60 of the university’s most qualified freshmen. It is offered to these students each year by invitation only. Those who are selected to join SJLA Honors fulfill their general education credits in a community atmosphere tha
