Yes, the University of Surrey provides scholarships to international students. Given below are a few details for the University of Scholarships for international students.

• International Excellence Award (Postgraduate): This scholarship is for self-funded international fee-paying students, regardless of domicile or nationality. International Excellence Award (Postgraduate) is awarded as a £5,000 fee waiver. To get this scholarship, students must hold an offer to study a full-time master’s programme (Excluding MBA).
• Women in Leadership Scholarship: International students at the University of Surrey are eligible for this scholarship. Students joining either the full-time or Executive MBA course can avail this scholarship. This scholarship is for female candidates who can demonstrate their contribution to business and have a drive to support other female candidates in the future. This is a partial scholarship which covers 10% – 50% of the tuition fee and is awarded on a rolling basis.

For 2023, the University of Surrey is accepting IELTS scores. The minimum score required for IELTS varies from course to course. The university also accepts TOEFL / Duolingo scores. Usually, the University of Surrey does not require IELTS for Indians who want to pursue undergraduate or postgraduate taught course at the University of Surrey. Surrey University is able to accept 70% in Class 12 Board exam English from CBSE / ISC boards and 80% in Class 12 board exam English from majority of Indian state boards. However, note that this does not apply to every Indian state board and the university has the right to ask for IELTS or any other SELT, wherever required.
