- International Excellence Award (Postgraduate): This scholarship is for self-funded international fee-paying students, regardless of domicile or nationality. The University of Surrey gives equal weightage to everyone who applies through UCAS. Although, the final UCAS deadline for universities to make their decisions is in early May, Surrey normally makes admission decisions by the end of March.
