Tasmania Uni does not fine or charge a interest on overdue tuition costs in case of late payment. However, a student's enrolment in the course may be cancelled if it is not paid in full by the census date.
Students who have trouble paying their tuition fees on time in one go can request an installment plan to pay the same. Shiksha Study Abroad counsellors offer FREE guidance on how you can request the same.

Yes, Indian students would need to pay a tuition deposit to confirm their seat at Tasmania Uni. The deposit is usually worth the 1st semester's tuition fees and can be paid via the eStudent or Convera platform. The processing time for the same is worth around 3 business days.

Yes, Indian students can apply to pay their tuition fees in installments at the University of Tasmania, provided they meet the below conditions.
- Have completed atleast one study period
- Enrolled in at least 25 credit points of units for the study period
- Have no outstanding debt from previous study periods
- Provide a written explaination for the reasons that is preventing the payment by the normal due date
To apply for a installment fee plan, students can complete the Payment Plan form and submit the same to UTAS by e-mail.
