Hi Arjun, you do not need work experience. The co-op program itself will provide you work experience while studying. The supplementary application form is more of a personal statement through which you must showcase your motivation, skills, achievements and so on. You need to take and clear an IELTS test with 6 band, not less than 5.5 in each module.
