tution fee will cost u 15 lac per year that means for 2 years it will cost 30 lac. but its only tution fee.
total fee including ur test (gre, toefl) , hostel, books nd travelling will be cost u around 60-70 lac.

The University of British Columbia and University of Toronto are two of the top most and selective universities in Canada. If you can specify the subject then I can make a better comparison.

Hi Hari,
GRE at University of Toronto is used only as a additional parameter as they don't know the quality of the institutions that we have studied outside of Canada.
So it is important you also have a strong profile and good TOEFL / IELTS exam which are mandatory.
UoToronto is one of the most competitive universities in Canada alongwith UBC and McGill (in general). So it is advised when you are applying, you shortlist 3-4 universities and then apply.
Another university which is strong for your department include Carleton-Ottawa (the programs are designed and offered jointly).
You can write back for any doubts on your application.
