Below are the requirements for the MSc course at University of Westminster:

Applicants must have a minimum upper second-class honours degree (2:1) in any discipline. Work experience is not required but is welcome.

  • A 3-year bachelor’s degree (Hons) from an accredited university with a minimum overall average of 55% or CGPA 6.0 out of 10.0, depending on the university.
  • A 3-year bachelor’s degree (Science) from an accredited university with a minimum overall of 58% or CGPA of 6.5 out of 10.0, depending on the university

Yes it is, University of Westminster has good ranking in UK. Coming to the THE (Times Higher Education) University Ranking 2023 ranked University of Westminster 1001-1200 in the world. The university has moved from 801-1000 in 2022 to 1001-1200 in 2023, an Improving trend. However,  University of Westminster has moved from 701-750 in 2023 to 701-750 in 2024 in the world as per the QS World University Ranking. This showcases the university has drastically improved it's ranking since 2021. Hence it's a good option for international students.

Some of the tips for students starting their first-semester at the University of Westminster are:

  • Students who applied for University of Westminster must be humble and should interact with as many people as possible. Mainly beacause, the more people you talk to the better knowledge you get. 
  • Attend as many gathering and parties as much as you can. 
  • Applicants should avoid missing classess, as 70% of learning comes from students going to classes.
