Yes it is, University of Westminster has good ranking in UK. Coming to the THE (Times Higher Education) University Ranking 2023 ranked University of Westminster 1001-1200 in the world. The university has moved from 801-1000 in 2022 to 1001-1200 in 2023, an Improving trend. However, University of Westminster has moved from 701-750 in 2023 to 701-750 in 2024 in the world as per the QS World University Ranking.
