The UP BEd JEE exam questions are based on 4 sections (General Knowledge, Languages - Hindi/English, General Aptitude, and Subject General Ability anyone out of - Arts, Science, Commerce, and Agriculture, depending upon which subject the candidate chooses).

Yes, there is a negative marking in the UP BEd JEE exam. As per the official marking scheme of UP BEd JEE, 2 marks are allotted to each correct response and 1/3rd marks is deducted for each incorrect response made by the candidate. No marks are deducted for questions left unanswered by the candidate.

As per the marking scheme of the UP BEd JEE question papers each question carries 2 marks. Candidates will be allotted 2 marks for each correct answer while 1/3rd mark will be deducted as negative marking. The overall marks of the UP BEd JEE are 400 from 200 questions, 100 each in papers 1 and 2 respectively.

As per the official notification released by the exam conducting authority, there are two papers in the UP BEd JEE exam - Papers 1 & 2. Paper 1 has questions based on General Knowledge and language - Hindi/English, while paper 2 has questions based on General Aptitude and Subject General Ability - Arts, Science, Commerce, and Agriculture.

After the declaration of the UP BEd JEE 2025 result, candidates will have to appear for counselling. In the counselling session, candidates will be allotted UP BEd colleges as per their preferences and rank obtained in the merit list.

The exam body for UP BEd JEE 2026 is expected to be Bundelkhand University, Jhansi from the past 3 years and it will also declared the UP BEd JEE results 2025 within 2-3 weeks after the exam is conducted.
