Yes, the UP Common Nursing Entrance Test (CNET) - 2026 nursing entrance exam will be held on June 6.

It is an offline (Pen & Paper Mode) state-level nursing entrance exam. It will be held for a duration of 140 minutes. The entrance exam grants admission to both the BSc Nursing Course (4 years) and Post Basic BSc Nursing Course (2 Years) programmes. 

The ABVMU will conduct the UP CNET 2026 exam on June 6 in 20 cities of the state. The exam admit card will be available from May 30.

The UP CNET 2026 applications has been started on the newly published website of the University. The candidates can apply online till May 20. The exam will be conducted on June 6.

This year, the University has merged the application correction facility with the filling process. The UP CNET 2026 application correction will start on May 13 and the last date to apply for the exam will be May 20.

The University can extend the UP CNET 2026 application in case of any technical glitch persist in the application portal. The last date to apply for the exam is May 20. The application correction will start on May 13.

The UP CNET post-basic nursing exam will comprise three sections. In the first section, topics such as Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, Child Health Nursing, and Midwifery & Gynecological Nursing. 

Yes, ABVMU conducted the CNET stray vacancy round 2025 from August 8, 2025 onwards. The additional counselling round was conducted to fill the vacant seats for the BSc nursing course. The registration window was open last till August 13, 2025. The new session was expected to commence from August 18, 2025. 

Yes, the UP CNET application correction window will be opened for a span of one week. Candidates will be allowed to make some basic changes in the CNET nursing application form. After the stipulated date, no candidate will be allowed to make changes to the CNET application form. Please note that Primary Information submitted during registration cannot be changed or altered. The editing of limited field(s) can be done during the Form correction window.

Last year, the application window was open till May 3, 2025 after it got extended. The dates for the current year have not been announced yet. The CNET application will be submitted through the online mode only via the official website, abvmuup.edu.in. Please note that application is submitted cannot be withdrawn. The examination fee, once deposited, will not be refunded.

The CNET application process is over for the academic year 2026-27. The application window is expected to begin in March and will continue till April 2026. The entire CNET nursing 2026 application process will be conducted online through the official website, abvmuup.edu.in.
