Hello Abhijeet, colleges normally give waiver in fees to the desired and deserving candidates. Normally the students who have scored quite well in academics but are from economically weaker background are given this help but there is no hard and fast rule. According to your UPSEE rank, you can get the following colleges for CSE course:
1. Bundelkhand Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jhansi
2. CSJM Kanpur
3. FGIET, Raebareli
4. Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad
