In HBTI, admission is done through JEE Mains. IET is under UPSEE. Please specify your rank. Is it your general rank or BCAF rank?

Your general rank may fall between 500 and 600 (lateral entry).

Yes, if you want to pursue engineering in UP then you should appear in UPSEE.
