no! now you are out of any further round of counselling. you are nit able to attend next counselling.

no u cannot get as in the first round almost all the seats of hbti are fill

u had advantage . mostly obc students get admission like this only . I have same problem . not a big issue .

I think I have not registered properly or Your documents r not verified properly. u should apply for 2 round as a fresh candidate .
