You have to wait for other rounds otherwise after 1 year you can get it if you have worked well in your 1 year.

I think 2000 deducted in wasting the rounds of counselling.

Fee structure is around INR 1,40,000 per year in NEIT. If you have not much money, then don't go there because extra expense is also there.
