Yes, UPES is a great place to learn, and it has gotten much better over time. This branch initially experienced placement difficulties, but since the government opened up the space exploration programme to private enterprise, things have begun to improve. Be at ease. Hi, there are 4 major specilisation when it comes to MBA or PGDM in management. Finance and Marketing are considered as main stream or front end hence have a high pay rate compared to HR and Operations which are back end and hence have a low pay rate.
