UPES

As per the information taken from student reviews, there is limited hostel facility at UPES Dehradun. The campus cannot accommodate all students. There are a many private hostels available outside the main campus. Students can choose from them as an alternative.

UPES Dehradun is a very reputed university and is known for providing good placements for its students. The highest package offered to BTech CSE students during UPES placements in 2024 stood at INR 50.09 LPA. Moreover, the median package for CSE graduates stood at INR 8.41 LPA, respectively. The top recruiters of UPES Dehradun in 2024 included Autodesk India, Schlumberger, ONGC, Amazon, Adobe, Deloitte Microsoft, EY, KPMG, PwC, etc.

UPES online MBA is valid as the university has the NAAC A accreditation. Having a NAAC accreditation and the approval from UGC and DEB are essential for any college or university in India to provide online degree programmes. In fact, an online MBA from UPES is also beneficial for enrolled learners or working professionals planning on working in the USA and Canada, as it comes with the WES (World Education Services) accreditation.  

Candidates who will qualify UPESMET UG 2025 will be called for the document verification process for final admission. Candidates applying for admission through the non-examination pathway will be directly called for a Personal Interview based on their UGAT score. 

Candidates are expected to be updated with latest events across the world. They need to speak with clarity and confidence. They can make a big impact in UPESMET interview round by being correct and to the point.

It is mandatory to participate in GD/PI round for admission to MBA programmes at UPES, Dehradun. Those who don't appear for GD/PI their candidature will be cancelled. UPES will conduct GD/PI rounds for the shortlsited candidates. Students are shortlisted for the selection rounds based on the scores in entrance examination. Final admission to MBA programme will be offered on the basis of the entrance examination score and performance in GD/PI.

Apart from UPESMET, the institute accepts CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT score for admission to its MBA programmes. Candidates having valid score in any of the entrance examination score will be exempted from UPESMET exam. Such candidates will be shortlisted for the GD/PI rpounds through the national level entrance examination scores.

UPESMET counselling rounds booking process will commence soon after the declaration of results. Qualified candidates must book the GD/PI slots within the given period, failing which candidate will not be considered for admission process. • Scorecard of  CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT
• Fee payment confirmation slip
• Class 10 mark sheet (original and photocopy)
• Class 12 mark sheet (original and photocopy)
• Graduation mark sheet (original and photocopy)
• Work experience certificate (if applicable)
• Migration certificate if applicable
• A valid Photo-Identity proof
