UPES School of Advanced Engineering accepts several entrance exams for admission to B.Tech programs, including:

  • JEE Main
  • CUET
     
  • UPESEAT
  • SAT India
     
  • UK 12th marks

The specific cut-off scores for each exam vary depending on the programme and year. You can find the latest cut-off scores on the UPES website.

In addition to entrance exams, UPES also considers your 12th grade marks for admission. The minimum eligibility requirement is 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).

At the undergraduate level, the UPES School of Liberal Studies offers BSc and BA courses to students. BSc and BA are offered in two specialisations. Some of the specialisations in which BSc is offered are Economics with Data Science and Psychology and Behaviour. Some of the specialisations in which BA is offered are Political Science and History. The programmes are good as they are designed to meet the programme specific needs of the students.

UPES School of Health Sciences and Technology has a big campus and offers state-of-the-art facilities to students. UPES School of Design has a big library, canteen, modern classrooms, and provides various other basic to advanced level facilities to students. UPES School of Health Sciences and Technology has a nice sports complex, labs, cafeteria, and others. UPES hostel premises is limited to only hostlers and hostel staff as security is the utmost priority of the college.

No, UPES School of Health Sciences and Technology is not a government college. It is a private college established under the UPES Dehradun which is accredited by NBA,  IACBE,  and with an A Grade by NAAC, and approved by UGC. Being a private college, the fee can be a little high but worry not the college provides scholarships to students as financial assistance.
