The average annual salary (CTC) for graduates is INR 8.72 LPA, with the highest placement reaching INR 16.63 LPA. It has a placement record of almost 95%. UPES offers good annual placements for BTech courses. They have a better crowd and living atmosphere, better college life, more exposure and better teaching as compared to UPES. Through advanced curriculum, academic collaborations, and industry partnerships, SoAE equips students with industry-specific knowledge and concepts that are relevant to the future of engineering.

To get admission in UPES, there are some eligibility criteria which are to be met. For B.Tech programs, UPES requires candidates to have passed their 10+2 board exams with a minimum percentage in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. If you have a compartment (supplementary exam) in your Mathematics board exam, it means you have not cleared all your subjects in the first attempt. However, UPES allows students to take compartment exams and clear the subject to meet the eligibility criteria. You need to pass the compartment exam in Mathematics to fulfill the eligibility criteria to get admission in UPES.
