UPESMET Application Form

No, UPESMET application fee cannot be paid in offline mode. The UPESMET registration process is completely online. Candidates will be required to pay the UPESMET application fee in online mode through any of the following mediums:

• Net Banking
• Credit Card
• Debit Card OR
• UPI/ Paytm

Upon the payment of the UPESMET application fee, the confirmation page will be generated for successful payment of the UPESMET registration fee. In case, the conformation page is not generated, candidates are advised to approach the bank/payment gateway (in the helpline number and e-mail given in the UPESMET Information Bulletin) for ensuring successful payment of the application fee and get the refund of the duplicate or multiple payments. 

Candidates willing to appear for UPESMET must ensure to fulfill the below prescribed eligibility criteria:

• Aspirants must be graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent marks from a recognised University

• Aspirant must have passed Class 10th and Class 12th with a minimum 50 percent aggregate

• Candidates in final year of qualifying examination are also eligible for UPESMET provided they can present the passing certificate by the time of admissions

•  Candidates who have CMAT,  MAT,  MAT,  CAT,  NMAT by GMAC and GMAT scores of either the same or previous year, are exempted from taking the UPESMET exam 

Non-Examination Pathway for PG admission

Admission is offered based on national-level management entrance exams – CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/NMAT/GMAT followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interviews. Up to 50 per cent of the seats are filled through the non-examination pathway category students. The minimum percentile required for entry to the non-exam pathway has been listed below:

• MAT score of minimum 80 percentile
• CMAT 2025 score of minimum 80 percentile
• XAT 2024/CAT 2023 score of minimum 75 percentile
• NMAT 2025 score of minimum 140
• GMAT Scores

UPESMET 2025 registrations have commenced online. Candidates seeking admission to MBA/PGDM programme of University of Petroleum and Energy Studies Business School must fill the online application form on or before the last date. UPESMET 2025 application form last date for upcoming session will be announced. Candidates filling the UPESMET application form 2025 must ensure to fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria, failing which their candidature will stand cancelled. As per the UPESMET eligibility criteria, candidate must be agraduate with a required minimum percentage. Also, candidates appearing in the final examination of qualifying degree will be eligible for UPESMET exam. Only candidates who will fill the complete application form along with the payment of application fee will be issued the UPESMET admit card.
