How can someone else tell you if you find the exam tough or easy? Its upto your strength and weak areas. Since it is the test to get into American universities it is not going to be easy else there would be no test at all.

Fullbright Scholarships are the most popular. Besides this, it's the universities in US which provides scholarships to the students on merit-basis only. Check the university websites and go through the scholarship information for better understanding and clarity. Hope it helps.

Its good to aim so high. Stanford being one of the most selective require applicants to be academically outstanding and heavily involved in extra curricular activities. To be considered for admission in any US university you must take SAT, SAT subject test (optional) and TOEFL. I will suggest you to take a look at the QnA links below for more clarification.
