To pursue a B.Sc. in Culinary Arts at VMSIIHE, you need to meet the eligibility requirements and complete the admission process. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 from any stream are eligible to apply for this program. The course is designed for individuals passionate about food innovation and those looking to pursue careers as chefs, food and beverage managers, or entrepreneurs in the culinary field. Admissions are based on a written test, personal interview, and group discussion. If you have a valid JEE or UGAT score, you may be exempted from the written exam. The programme also includes a mandatory 24-week internship at top hotels, providing students with real-world exposure.

V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education (VMSIIHE) admission are conducted through the online mode. Candidates must be eligible through merit and entrance to secure a seat at V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education. For several UG level programmes, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 50% to 55% in Class 12, while for PG level programmes, candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 40% to 55% in graduation. Apart from that, candidates must secure a valid score or percentile in the respective entrance exam prescribed by the Institute. For a successful candidature registration, candidates must fill out the application form. Post application submission, candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of entrance results and the final seat allotment is conducted as soon as they pay the fees.

The Training and Placements cell prepares students to face the Interviews to take the corporate leap. The Institute contacts many five star hotels in India and abroad and invites them for campus placements. Reputed hotel chains such as Taj, Oberoi, Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt are invited to conduct campus interviews. Skype interviews are conducted with international starred hotels for students at the institute.

VMSIIHE has a training and placements cell that prepares students for interviews during placements. 2. Selection Rounds: VMSIIHE admissions are both merit and entrance-based. The institute considers NCHMCT JEE or UGAT scores for BSc and qualifying exam scores for MSc programmes.
3. Final Admission: At last, the selected students must pay course-wise VMSIIHE fees at the time of admission to confirm their seats.
