Besides, aspirants do not require qualifying any entrance exam score for admission to MSc programme. Selected candidates have to further pass the personal interview round for admission.

It's rather easy to get admission at V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education (VMSIIHE), but there is a set of criteria, which needs to be achieved. The institute has the merit-based admission process that requires candidates to have 50 percent to 55 percent of aggregate in Class 12 for undergraduate programs. Completion of an online application would be required along with other potential entrance exams as prescribed by the institute. Though the eligibility criteria are well available, competition might depend on the popularity of the program. Hence, applicants should prepare well in order to get a seat in it.

The fee structure at VMSIIHE varies depending on the program. For the B.Sc. in Culinary Arts, the total fee is 12.30 lakh, while the B.Sc. in International Hospitality Management costs 11.15 Lacs for the full program. For M.Sc. in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, the fee is 2.42 Lacs for the two-year duration. Additionally, hostel fees are separate, with charges around 1.65 Lacs for B.Sc. programs and 19,800 for the M.Sc. program.

To be eligible for the Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM) programme at VMSIIHE, candidates must have passed their 10+2 or an equivalent examination from any recognised board in India or abroad. There is no specific stream requirement, so students from any discipline (Science, Commerce, or Arts) can apply. Following the academic qualifications, the admission process involves filling out an application form, undergoing a written examination, and attending a personal interview or group discussion. Candidates with valid UGAT or JEE scores are exempt from the written test.
